Job summary

J&D Restaurants – McDonald’s is seeking Area Supervisors to oversee multiple restaurants. You will lead general managers, drive guest service excellence, food safety, and financial performance across your patch.

The ideal candidate brings prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to motivate and train teams in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to standards and local engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of general managers and align performance with company goals.
• Monitor policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliant operations.
• Ensure guest service, food safety, quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Ops Managers/DO to implement strategies for service, satisfaction and training.
• Review and discuss monthly P&L with GMs and support financial targets and cost controls.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support deployment team for national/local marketing campaigns and new procedures.
• Oversee and implement staff training programs to ensure excellent service.
• Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to address issues.
• Engage in community events to promote the restaurants and build local relationships.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for managers and staff.
