Job summary

J&D Restaurants - McDonald’s is seeking Area Supervisors to oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants. You will lead a team of general managers, guide performance, and ensure guest satisfaction, food safety, and brand standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing reports, implementing strategies to improve service times, training staff, and coordinating with Ops to execute marketing campaigns while upholding company values and integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Commitment to excellence and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of general managers to ensure performance aligns with company goals.
• Monitoring compliance with policies and local/national regulations to run restaurants within standards.
• Reviewing financial reports and guiding GMs to achieve sales, profit, and expense goals.
• Closing customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Executing national and local marketing campaigns and operational procedures.
• Overseeing employee training to ensure staff are trained to provide excellent guest service.
• Reviewing guest feedback and developing action plans to address issues.
• Participating in community events and outreach to promote the restaurants.
