Job summary

J&D Restaurants – McDonald’s is seeking Area Supervisors to oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants under their patch. You will lead a team of general managers, ensure guest service, food safety, cleanliness and financial performance, and collaborate on strategies to improve service times and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in fast-paced hospitality, strong communication, knowledge of food safety, and willingness to develop staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in restaurant management.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and train a team.
• Experience managing multiple restaurants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of general managers to align with company goals.
• Monitor compliance with policies and local/national regulations.
• Ensure guest service, food safety, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Review financial reports and support GMs for P&L meetings.
• Implement strategies to improve service times and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee training programs and staff development.
• Participate in community events to promote the brand.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
