J&D Restaurants – McDonald’s is seeking Area Supervisors to oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants. You will lead general managers, ensure compliance with safety and service standards, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in fast-paced customer service environments, with a focus on training, development and team performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multiple restaurants or a multi-site operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate teams.
• Proven track record in improving guest satisfaction and service times.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L management and cost controls.
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff at all levels.
