J&D Restaurants – McDonald’s seeks Area Supervisors to oversee the daily operations of multiple McDonald’s locations. You will lead a team of general managers, enforce policies and standards, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will coordinate with the deployment and operations teams to execute campaigns and training across the patch.

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of general managers, providing guidance to align performance with company goals.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to ensure operations stay within guidelines.
• Ensure McDonald’s guest service, food safety, quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with Ops Managers/DO to develop strategies to improve service times, guest satisfaction and training.
• Review and interpret financial reports to identify opportunities and support GMs in meeting financial goals.
