Job summary

J&D Restaurants – McDonald’s is seeking Area Supervisors to oversee the daily operations across multiple restaurant locations. You will lead a team of general managers, providing guidance and direction to ensure performance aligns with the company’s goals and standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring policy compliance, guest service excellence, food safety, and operational efficiency. You will review financial reports and support GMs in achieving financial targets, while implementing

• Experience in restaurant management or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of general managers to align performance with company goals.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to ensure operating standards.
• Ensure guest service, food safety, quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Ops Managers/DO to implement strategies for service times and training.
• Review financial reports and assist GMs with monthly P&L meetings and expense controls.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Execute national/local marketing campaigns and operational procedures.
• Oversee employee training programs to ensure excellent guest service.
• Review customer feedback and develop action plans for improvement.
• Participate in community events to promote the restaurants and build relationships.
• Conduct regular GM evaluations and lead leadership training.
• Manage hiring needs and coordinate interviews.
