Job summary

McDonald's is seeking Area Supervisors to oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurants in the region. You will lead a team of general managers, ensuring guest satisfaction, food safety and financial performance while executing national and local campaigns.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and develop staff. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is required; occasional travel between locations may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of general managers to align with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and local/national regulations.
• Maintain guest service, food safety, quality, cleanliness, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Ops Managers/DO to implement strategies for service, guest satisfaction and training.
• Review P&L statements and guide GMs to meet financial goals and control expenses.
• Close customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support deployment teams with national/local marketing campaigns and procedures.
• Oversee and implement employee training programs to ensure staff readiness.
• Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to address issues.
• Participate in community events to promote McDonald’s and the restaurants.
