Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a General Manager responsible for the total operation of a single restaurant, reporting to the Area Director. The GM drives financial performance, guest satisfaction, and TEAM development in alignment with the TSFR Roadmap and Core Values.

Candidates should have AGM or similar multi-unit experience, Apple II Management training, and a proven track record of achieving business goals with a national chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven AGM or multi-unit management experience with P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial performance and human capital within the location.
• Manages restaurant environment, ensuring prompt, friendly service and adherence to company standards.
• Oversees TEAM Members, recruitment, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains controls and compliance with laws, budgets, inventories, and cash handling.
