Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a General Manager who will oversee operational and financial performance at the location and lead managers and hourly TEAM Members. The role requires AGM or prior unit GM experience, plus completion of Apple II Management training.

Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, enforcing company standards, managing staff, and driving community engagement to grow sales. Strong leadership and P&L accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability; national chain experience preferred.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial performance within the location.
• Leads and develops Managers and hourly TEAM Members.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and government standards.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and handles guest feedback promptly.
• Schedules TEAM Members to meet sales demands and maintains safety standards.
