Responsibilities

• Oversees restaurant environment and staff performance to ensure service excellence.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service and adherence to company guidelines.
• Manages budgets, inventory, safety, sanitation, and compliance.
• Delivers training, evaluations and coaching for managers and TEAM Members.
• Coordinates with area leadership and communicates daily operations updates.
