Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• Experience as AGM or prior Unit General Manager in a similar organization.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability; a national chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Restaurant Environment: Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Maintains guest experience as a priority with a target goal of 100% table visitation.
• Maintains inventory levels and ensures product preparation meets Company standards.
• Develops and executes staff scheduling to meet sales demands.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
