Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in the United States seeks a General Manager to lead store operations and financial performance. You will manage a team of managers and hourly staff, align with the TSFR Roadmap, and sustain our core Purpose, Vision, Mission and Core Values.

The ideal candidate has multi-unit leadership experience, Apple II training, and a proven track record of achieving business goals with strong guest focus and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience with P&L accountability.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• Exemplary restaurant operations leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Managers and hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Maintains operating budgets and controls expenses.
• Develops goals and action plans for personal/professional growth.
• Communicates with Area Director and management team daily.
