Job summary

Ideal candidates hold AGM or equivalent experience, completed Apple II Management training, and have a proven track record in achieving business goals with supervision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• Completed Apple II Management training and achieved goals with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial performance and human capital within location.
• Maintains restaurant environment with emphasis on service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manages recruitment, training, and performance of TEAM Members and managers.
• Ensures compliance with laws, budgets, and company policies.
• Communicates with Area Director and drives continuous improvement.
