Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a District Manager for DashMart operations across multiple sites in the Southeast region. You will lead a team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and front-line staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in 4–6 locations and maintaining safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Retail/Warehouse Management, Strategy or related field.
• Experience leading 15+ employees and multi-locations.
• Willingness to travel to DashMart locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Site Managers and leaders (4+ direct reports).
• Oversee day-to-day operations at 4–6 DashMart locations.
• Drive market metrics: quality, storefront reliability, efficiency, and profitability.
• Implement process improvements and change management across sites.
