Job summary

DoorDash is seeking Senior Managers for DashMart Fulfillment Services to tackle critical, ambiguous problems in merchant selection and inventory health, owning diagnostics and scaling productized solutions in collaboration with product, engineering and operations.

You will lead 3–5 direct reports, drive root-cause analysis, and build metrics and dashboards to monitor progress across teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience solving complex operational problems with measurable impact.
• Ability to own root-cause diagnostics and translate findings into actions.
• Strong leadership of 3–5 direct reports and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 direct reports and coordinate with product, engineering and operations.
• Own merchant selection or inventory health initiatives and scale solutions.
• Define DRIs, initiatives, timelines and success metrics for root causes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on problem statements and prioritization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and RCA views to track KR progress.
