Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Site Leader to run a high-volume 8-15k sq ft distribution center, oversee the local operations team, and uphold safety, quality, and service standards.

You will build leaders, own end-to-end performance, drive scheduling and labor budgets, set operating rhythms, and mentor a team including an Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and 20+ Operations Associates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, fulfillment, logistics).
• Proven track record of developing talent and driving performance.
• Led teams of 25+ employees and coached for succession.

Responsibilities

• Lead as site leader for a high-volume DashMart site, defining expectations, rhythms and performance standards.
• Own end-to-end operational performance, safety, compliance, labor, quality and cost.
• Drive site readiness for audits, inspections and reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Own workforce planning, scheduling strategy and labor budgets with data-driven decisions.
• Ensure site KPIs are met or exceeded and act on performance trends.
