Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group in the United States seeks a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 7-10 years of restaurant experience with 3-5 years in management, strong financial planning skills, and the ability to train, coach and develop General Managers and GMITs.

Travel 4-5 days per week, drive performance, uphold food safety, and partner with marketing to execute local initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience).
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P & L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards and provides coaching and inspections.
• Communicates customer comments to Restaurant Management and follows up for timely resolution.
• Ensures orientation, training, and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate teams.
• Evaluates overall performance of General Managers and GMITs against standards.
• Provides counseling and/or discipline when needed.
• Trains and follows up on new products, programs, and changes.
• Actively recruits General Managers and GMITs and aligns leadership with district needs.
• Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Supports marketing programs and evaluates local restaurant strategies.
