Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead our Restaurant Management Teams across the district. You will drive performance, coaching, training, and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding our standards of hospitality and integrity.

Travel 4-5 days per week to assigned store locations; you will evaluate, coach, and implement improvements, manage budgets, and support marketing initiatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all district team members are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurant QSC standards; provide coaching and conduct inspections.
• Communicate customer comments to Restaurant Managers and follow up.
• Oversee orientation, training and development for GMs and GMITs.
• Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback to staff.
• Evaluate GM/GMIT performance against set standards and expectations.
• Counsel and discipline where needed; ensure new product training and updates.
• Actively recruit General Managers and GMITs; match management skills to needs.
• Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
