Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant Management Teams across the district. You will ensure each team delivers guest satisfaction, maintains QSC standards, and drives performance across multiple units.

The role requires 7–10 years of restaurant experience and 3–5 years in management, with strong financial planning skills. Expect travel 4–5 days/week and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience).
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P & L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards and provides coaching on improvement.
• Communicates customer comments to the Restaurant Manager and follows up for timely resolution.
• Ensures orientation, training, and development opportunities for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to Team Members.
• Evaluates overall GM and GMIT performance against set standards.
• Provides counseling and/or discipline as needed.
• Trains and follows up on new products, programs, and changes.
• Active recruitment of General Managers and GMITs; align leadership with restaurant needs.
