Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. The role requires travel to assigned stores, coaching, and performance evaluation of General Managers and GMITs.

You’ll drive financial results, staff development, and program implementation. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in restaurant roles, 3–5 years in management, and strong budgeting/P&L skills.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of restaurant management teams within the district.
• Train, motivate, and coach team members to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve restaurant operations, marketing coordination, and financial results.
• Evaluate General Managers and GMITs against standards and provide development opportunities.
• Recruit and promote capable managers to maximize district results.
