Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee restaurant management teams and ensure high standards of guest experience. You will coach, train, and evaluate General Managers and GMITs across the district, driving performance and adherence to company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, travel 4–5 days a week, and a focus on results, safety, and guest satisfaction within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3–5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards and coaches on improvement.
• Communicates customer comments to the Restaurant Manager and ensures timely resolution.
• Ensures orientation, training, and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate staff.
