Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee Restaurant Management Teams across the district and drive performance aligned with our standards.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, budgeting, P&L oversight, and implementing company programs while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with food safety and policies. Travel 4-5 days weekly to assigned stores is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures district teams are trained, motivated, and delivering guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates restaurant QSC standards and provides coaching and feedback.
• Communicates customer feedback to restaurant management and ensures timely action.
• Ensures General Managers and GMITs receive orientation, training, and development opportunities.
• Trains, coaches, and provides performance feedback to staff.
• Evaluates overall GM and GMIT performance against standards.
• Provides counseling and disciplined when needed.
• Implements training on new products, programs, and changes.
• Recruits and matches management to store needs for optimal results.
• Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions when deviations occur.
