Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is hiring a District Manager to lead Restaurant Management Teams across the district, ensuring each team meets job responsibilities and expectations. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage training, and oversee performance against standards.

Travel 4-5 days per week, evaluate financials, and coach General Managers and GMITs. A strong background in operations, budgeting, and leadership is required to succeed in this fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates restaurant QSC standards and provides coaching and inspections.
• Communicates customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follows up.
• Ensures orientation and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains, coaches, and gives regular performance feedback to Team Members.
• Analyzes performance and initiates corrective actions to meet financial expectations.
• Supports marketing programs and evaluates local restaurant marketing strategies.
• Recruits General Managers and GMITs; matches leadership to restaurant needs.
