Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to drive performance across multiple restaurant teams. You will ensure consistent guest satisfaction, coach leadership, and execute company standards throughout the district.

You will regularly travel to assigned store locations 4-5 days per week, oversee training, development, and performance management, and align local strategies with marketing and operations. An emphasis on integrity and teamwork guides every decision.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure District teams are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate each restaurant’s standards and provide coaching and inspections.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follow up promptly.
• Oversee orientation, training, and development for GMs and GMITs.
• Provide regular performance feedback to motivate and improve staff performance.
• Analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions when needed.
