Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district restaurant management teams to meet responsibilities and expectations.
• Evaluate QSC standards and coach managers for improvement.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follow up.
• Ensure orientation and development opportunities for General Managers and GMITs.
• Provide regular performance feedback to motivate staff and improve results.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions to meet financial targets.
