Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring guest satisfaction, training, and adherence to standards.

The role requires multi-unit restaurant experience, strong leadership, financial planning, and the ability to travel 4-5 days per week to assigned locations; the position offers competitive salary, bonus plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all teams are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards and provides feedback and coaching.
• Communicates customer feedback to management and ensures timely resolution.
• Oversees orientation, training, and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains and coaches staff to improve performance and outcomes.
• Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions as needed.
• Supports local marketing strategies and ensures compliance with policies.
