Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Multi-Tenant Sales Manager to lead the field sales team across assigned territories. You will coach reps, ensure adherence to sales processes, and drive performance, training, and compliance.

The role involves ~70% field work and ~30% office work, with responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding, and territory management. A base pay and commission structure is in place, with growth opportunities and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of community sales practices and field selling.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
• Lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching and performance management.
• Coach, observe, and align with sales process and compliance standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new reps.
• Balance ~70% field work and 30% office work for coaching and reviews.
• Maintain territory assignments and payroll/commission accuracy.
