Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department and lead Representatives through coaching and performance management.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with effective training on sales processes and compliance.
• Provide ~70% field work and ~30% office work to coach, observe, and review performance and planning.
• Maintain clear territory assignments and ensure coverage of properties in line with turf guidelines.
• Monitor payroll and ensure timely, accurate commission payments per company policy.
• Address employee relations, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure required training is completed.
