Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a leader for the Multi-Tenant Sales team to drive performance and ensure excellent customer experience. You will coach representatives, manage a field-focused schedule, recruit new staff, and maintain compliance across assigned territories.

Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, reviewing payroll and commissions, and resolving employee relations. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year sales experience are required, with travel to support field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of community sales practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
• Lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching, performance management, and problem solving to meet budgets.
• Supervise and coach a team to ensure consistent execution of the field sales process.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with proper training on processes and compliance.
• Balance ~70% field work and ~30% office work, including performance reviews and planning.
• Communicate territory assignments and monitor payroll and commission payments in line with policies.
• Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and required training.
