Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Multi-Tenant Sales Manager to supervise and coach a team of sales representatives. You will drive performance to meet and exceed budgeted goals, while ensuring compliance with company standards and field sales processes across assigned properties.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing coaching with a strong focus on customer experience. Travel is required to support field activities and territory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives to meet budgeted goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard representatives; train on processes and compliance.
• Manage field and office work split (about 70% field, 30% office) and oversee performance.
• Monitor payroll and commission payments in line with policy.
• Ensure territory assignments and coverage align with turf guidelines.
• Provide input on marketing issues based on field performance and feedback.
