Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Sales Manager to guide and coach a Multi-Tenant Sales team across assigned territories. You will drive performance, ensure adherence to sales processes, and maintain a high standard of customer experience and compliance.

The role involves both field and office work, with travel across assigned properties. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new reps, coaching for results, and managing commissions in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; Spanish skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives to meet budgeted goals.
• Oversee field and office activities with ~70% field work and 30% office work.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard sales staff; ensure training on processes and compliance.
• Monitor payroll and approve commission payments per company policies.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to address gaps and improve results.
