Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Sales Manager to oversee the Multi-Tenant Sales Department. You will coach and lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives to achieve budgeted sales, deliver strong customer experiences, and uphold compliance across assigned territories.

You’ll drive performance through coaching, territory management, and recruitment. Expect ~70% field work and ~30% office work, with ongoing performance reviews, training, and planning.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking English
• Knowledge of community sales practices
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Supervise day-to-day field activities with territory assignments.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new reps and train on processes.
• Monitor payroll and approve commissions per policy.
• Address employee relations and performance issues with coaching.
• Contribute to local budgets and provide marketing input based on field data.
• Provide field observations and performance reviews to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with customer experience standards.
