Spectrum is seeking aMulti-Tenant Sales Manager to lead a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives. You will coach, manage performance, recruit staff, and ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards across assigned territories.

The role combines field leadership with office planning, including payroll oversight and territory management. Travel will be significant, with a strong emphasis on coaching and performance results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of community sales practices.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.
• 0.5+ years of sales supervisory experience (preferred).
• Telecommunications and cable industry experience (preferred).
• Understanding of Spectrum products and services.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department and coach representatives to meet budgeted goals.
• Lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through performance management and problem solving.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard sales staff and train on processes, experience standards, and compliance.
• Monitor payroll and approve commission payments per company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, and required training.
• Maintain clear territory assignments and coverage across properties.
• Travel ~70% in-field work with ~30% office work.
