Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department to meet budgeted goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard sales staff; train on processes and compliance.
• 70% field work and 30% office work with in-field coaching and reviews.
• Monitor payroll and approve commissions per policy; address performance issues.
