Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a hands-on leader to manage and coach the Multi-Tenant Sales team across assigned territories. The role combines field coaching with office planning to ensure adherence to sales processes, customer experience standards, and compliance requirements.

You will recruit and onboard new representatives, monitor performance, and drive achievement of budgeted sales goals while coordinating payroll and commissions in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of the sales department and drive budgeted sales.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard sales staff.
• Provide field coaching with ~70% field and 30% office work.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and customer experience standards.
• Manage territory assignments and coverage.
• Review payroll and approve commissions per policy.
• Address employee relations and training needs.
