Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead 5+ stores, develop GMs, and own the area PnL. You’ll hire, coach and build high-performing teams, driving hospitality and scale across a fast-growing network.

You’ll partner with the Director of Operations, translate HQ forecasts into store plans, optimize labor and inventory, and roll out initiatives with hands-on training. Willingness to travel within the market is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Own your area’s KPIs and PnL, and set weekly/quarterly priorities for the GMs.
• Hire, coach and develop GMs to build high-performing store teams.
• Roll out initiatives, optimize labor, inventory, and guest experience across stores.
