Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is looking for an Operations Manager to lead a 5+ store region in New York. You will hire, coach and develop a high-performing team of GMs, own the area P&L, and implement strategies to improve store performance and hospitality.

You’ll partner with the Field Leadership team to cultivate future leaders while delivering an exceptional experience for customers and teams. This role is hands-on, data-driven, and requires strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing the managers who run them.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer/employee experiences.
• Commercial thinker with strong operational and financial judgment and data fluency.
• Proven people leader with experience hiring, coaching and leading through change.

Responsibilities

• Coach GMs to uphold hospitality standards across stores and drive performance.
• Own the area’s P&L and plan quarterly growth and priorities.
• Recruit, coach and develop GMs into leaders for future store expansion.
• Roll out initiatives across the area and ensure adoption and impact.
