Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an area of 5+ stores and the General Managers who run them. You will hire, coach, and develop an A* team of GMs, driving growth, accountability, and an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll own the area’s P&L, plan labor and inventory, and translate HQ forecasts into store-ready plans. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role reporting to the Director of Operations within a Field Leadership team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or another fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3-10) and developing the managers who run them.
• Strong operational and financial judgment with data-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop GMs across 5+ stores, hiring and coaching them to build high-performing teams.
• Own area P&L, plan labor and inventory, and drive revenue growth.
• Set quarterly forecasts, create store plans, and ensure execution of initiatives.
