Job summary

Blank Street is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an area of 5+ stores and the General Managers who run them. You’ll hire, coach and develop an A-team of leaders who build high-performing, guest-focused stores.

You’ll own your area’s P&L and drive strategic planning, prioritizing initiatives, improving hospitality standards and team culture. You’ll report to the Director of Operations and partner with the Field Leadership team to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in hospitality, retail, or fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading 3–10 stores and developing managers.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Strong operational and financial judgment with data analysis.
• Clear communicator with written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach GMs to sustain high hospitality standards across shifts.
• Own the area P&L and forecast performance.
• Plan labor and inventory to meet demand.
• Lead talent development and succession planning.
