Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a 5+ store region, own the P&L, and develop a high‑performing GM team. You will hire, coach and grow leaders while shaping store-level strategies that improve both the customer and employee experiences.

You'll partner with the Director of Operations and Field Leadership to scale leaders across the region, ensuring clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or another fast‑growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3–10) and developing the managers who run them.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional customer and employee experiences.
• Commercial thinker with strong operational and financial judgment.
• People leader with experience hiring, coaching and leading through change.
• Strategic planner who can translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be Our Ultimate Hospitality Leader: coach GMs to uphold hospitality standards across all stores.
• Hold the bar: review standards via store visits and data; hold GMs accountable.
• Jump in where it counts: intervene to turnaround stores and help launch new ones.
• Plan for demand: translate HQ quarterly forecasts into store plans and share with GMs.
• Build the labor plan: set quarterly headcount targets and rosters with GMs.
• Calibrate inventory: align stock with forecasted demand and guardrails.
