Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; management or tax-related study preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in retail or service settings.
• Familiar with basic accounting or tax preparation software.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and reporting tools.
• PTIN and tax prep experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruiting and interviews seasonal staff for multiple offices.
• Monitors performance, enforces quality standards and procedures.
• Reviews schedules, approves timecards, and coordinates with HR.
• Ensures each location meets company standards for setup and operations.
• Provides guidance on complex issues and escalated disputes.
• Monitors financial metrics and drives revenue and profit in the district.
