Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Multi Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations across multiple offices within an assigned district during peak tax season. You will lead seasonal staff, oversee scheduling, and drive revenue through efficient tax preparation workflows.

The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to standards, and delivering excellent client service. A background in management and tax preparation is preferred, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Management or tax/ accounting coursework preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, email, and tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruiting of seasonal employees for assigned area and manages leads from JHNet and other sources.
• Monitors associate performance to ensure quality and deadlines and corrects issues.
• Reviews and approves work schedules and timecard approvals; collaborates with HR on relation issues.
• Ensures all locations meet company standards including setup, buildouts, tech, and facilities.
• Provides guidance for complex problems and escalated disputes.
• Monitors reports and ensures revenue, cash control, and tax return counts meet goals.
