Jackson Hewitt - GUU seeks a Seasonal Assistant District Manager to lead a district of 20+ stores, driving operations, recruitment, and profitability. You will oversee district-wide initiatives, partner with leadership, and develop staff across locations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and tax knowledge, with a focus on program implementation, scheduling, and performance optimization during the season.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent related business experience; management or tax prep focus preferred.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive district results.
• Tax knowledge preferred and beneficial for performance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multi-unit retail locations in the district and support the District Manager.
• Lead recruiting, interview seasonal staff, and manage onboarding flow.
• Monitor performance, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with HR for training.
• Ensure locations meet company standards for setup, tech, and facilities.
• Drive client retention, brand awareness, and issue resolution.
• Monitor P&L and revenue metrics for the district.
