Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts and interview seasonal staff for assigned area.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure quality, deadlines and procedures are met.
• Review and approve work schedules and timecard entries; coordinate with HR as needed.
• Ensure all locations meet company standards for setup, equipment, and facilities.
• Provide guidance to staff in handling difficult issues and escalated disputes.
• Monitor revenue, cash control and tax return counts to achieve office goals.
