This role maintains staffing for critical payroll operations, ensures timely processing, and reduces operational risk for the payroll team across multiple states. Responsibilities include data entry into payroll systems, pre-payroll audits, wage and deduction calculations, off-cycle payments, and responding to inquiries from employees and management.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 3–5+ years experience in payroll/finance or related field.
• Multi-state payroll processing required.
• FPC and/or CPP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data to payroll systems to prepare weekly and semi-monthly payrolls.
• Runs pre-payroll audit reports to ensure accuracy of payroll output.
• Computes wage and overtime payments; records deductions; processes off-cycle payments.
