Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of payroll/finance experience.
• Multi-state payroll processing experience required.
• FPC and/or CPP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data to payroll systems to prepare weekly and semimonthly payrolls.
• Computes wages, overtime, deductions, and off-cycle payments; handles overpayments.
• Answers payroll questions from employees and management via email/phone.
• Audits earnings and deductions totals and prepares special reports.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data.
• Audits field-submitted payroll information for accuracy and compliance.
