Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the payroll shared services team in Minnesota. You will support all payroll functions across multiple entities, ensuring accurate processing and strict confidentiality in line with federal and state regulations.

You will work with Payroll Managers to audit withholdings, tax reports, and system data, while maintaining strong internal controls and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing across multiple states and entities.
• Strong understanding of tax withholding, benefits, and wage laws.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Process and audit payroll for multiple entities in Minnesota and other states.
