Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in bookkeeping, accounting or related field and 3–5 years of payroll experience in multi-entity/multi-state organizations.
• Payroll tax experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Excel and payroll systems; confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payroll processing across all entities and states.
• Oversee tax setup, withholding, and related regulatory compliance.
• Support audits with internal Trinity Health departments and vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and HR data.
• Contribute to system enhancements and policy implementations.
