Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3–5 years payroll experience.
• Experience in multi-entity and multi-state payroll operations.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Excel and payroll data analysis.
• Familiarity with payroll tax rules, banking ACH/settlement, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensures payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Serves as primary liaison with vendors for data and processing issues.
• Educates payroll staff on processes and escalates issues when needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of payroll and HR information.
• Supports quarter-end and year-end payroll activities and reconciliations.
• Collaborates with HR and IT to improve payroll processes and data flow.
