Trinity Health is seeking a Full time payroll specialist to join its payroll shared services team in Long Beach, CA. You will support all payroll functions, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality across multi-state operations.

You will work with Payroll Managers and internal departments to ensure compliant processing, audits, and timely payments, while handling tax, benefits, and wage attachments with precision.

Formación

• Associate degree with major coursework in bookkeeping, accounting or related field and 3–5 years of payroll experience in a multi-entity/multi-state organization.
• Payroll tax experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accuracy of payroll processing and tax withholding in compliance with federal/state laws.
• Support relationships with vendors and internal departments for audits and procedures.
• Balance payroll tax information and complete tax reports in a multi-state environment.
• Process all aspects of the payroll cycle including benefit and wage deductions; maintain confidentiality.
